WELLNESS STUDIO MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are passionate about health and wellness, as well as playing an integral part in a growing brand, this position is for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic Studio Manager who will drive membership sales, motivate a team and create an elevated client experience. As a dtXfy Studio Manager you will have strong assessment, customer service, communication, problem solving, and business acumen skills, providing in the moment and ongoing feedback to your team. The Studio Manager will work closely with staff, operations manager and owner and be responsible for the daily operations of the studio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Communicate and exude dtXfy principles in everything you do

· Sell memberships alongside your team to achieve studio specific goals.

· Set, communicate and monitor sales goals for all employees.

· Seek ways to better promote the store and the services.

· Create and suggest marketing promotions that will generate sales.

· Maintain strong knowledge of services, products and brand.

· Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to dtXfy clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.

· Educate our clients about the benefits of infrared sauna and red light therapy.

· Focus on guest experience and retention, creating a studio experience that will excite people, encouraging them to join our dtXfy family.

· Maintain clean and visually pleasing environment

· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking and visually pleasing retail area.

· Resolve equipment and building maintenance issues

· Work closely with staff on the implementation of standard operating policies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, clients and colleagues.

· Recruit, interview, hire, train, motivate, discipline and fire staff.

· Create employee schedules, assign responsibilities and ensure these responsibilities are carried out.

· Provide creative ideas to keep employees motivated.

· Evaluate staff based on performance-based metrics.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

· Ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to.

· Do all the job responsibilities of the Studio Specialist.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU GOT

· Leadership experience of 1 years

· 1-2 years sales and customer service experience

· Passion for health and wellness

· Experience creating and maintaining a strong clientele base a plus

· Strong understanding of marketing practices

· Experience with Mindbody or a similar CRM/POS is a plus

· Strong sales skills

· A LOVE for customer service (making people happy!)

· Warm and friendly personality

· Strong work ethic

· Strong leadership skills – coaching, developing, mentoring

· High standards and a keen eye for detail

· Self-starter

· Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing – must be able to set clear expectations and give/receive feedback clearly and effectively

· Quick learner

· Proficient in word, excel and working on a MAC is a plus

· Flexibility to work early morning, evenings and weekends

· Must be able to bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
